COVID-19 Update

Covid-19 Update – Tuesday 26 May 2020

Sharon and I trust you are staying safe and well during these extraordinary times and wanted to update you as to how we at Silkflow are moving forward.

As of today, Tuesday 26 May 2020 we are delighted to inform you we will be resuming business as usual, to include the installation of water softeners and drinking water systems, service and maintenance calls, water softener surveys and consultations, as well as replacement of your drinking water filters and the continuation of our salt deliveries.

At Silkflow, our top priority, whilst delivering our usual high level of service, is the health and wellness of our clients and staff and wanted to reassure you we are taking all necessary precautions by wearing appropriate PPE and self distancing ourselves.

We are cleaning down all our equipment, along with using hand sanitiser before and after entering premises whilst following all Government Guidelines. Prior to your appointment, we do, however, ask in the event you or someone in your family is ill or showing signs of a cold or a temperature, you notify us as soon as possible so we can rearrange your appointment.

We will continue to keep you updated of any changes and would like to thank you all, again, for your valued and continued support through what is a trying time for everyone.
