Speaking to Homes and Property, head of Savills south west London Robin Chatwin explained that sellers need to consider a range of things about their home, including its cleanliness and the water pressure in the bathroom, before they start doing viewings.
“Buyers often want to check the water pressure of the shower so remove any limescale that might have built up. It’s an easy job but can make a big difference,” he asserted.
There’s a tip in there for anyone who’s noticed their water pressure getting weaker, not just those putting their homes on the market.
